Say is the affordable-housing arm of an established New York building team. We are the entity through which our leadership delivers all municipal, affordable-housing and occupied-rehabilitation work.
Say operates as the sister company to Atlas Supreme Service Inc., which carries the team's commercial and hospitality portfolio. The two firms share the same principals, field bench, back office and subcontractor relationships. That means a newer name backed by people who have already rehabbed hundreds of thousands of square feet of occupied affordable housing.
Our in-house office covers estimating, project management, finance, compliance, and permitting and expediting. It meets every agency and lender requirement, scales quickly to meet demand, and stays with the project through sign-offs and permanent closing.
